Our Leadership Team

Our leadership team is a cornerstone of our success, combining decades of healthcare, financial, legal, and operational expertise. The Board of Directors, Executive Team, and Advisory Board work together to steer Evergrowth’s strategic growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive innovation. Their collective experience in scaling businesses and executing mergers positions us to lead the healthcare industry forward.

Board of Directors

Dr. Tran spearheads Evergrowth’s strategic vision as a physician executive, entrepreneur, and mentor. He founded Integrated BioSci Investing in 2017 and has provided consulting services to pharmaceutical companies since 2019. As the founder and former CEO of High Performance Healthcare, he specialized in home healthcare acquisitions. In 2023, Dr. Tran launched Evergrowth BioHealthcare Capital, a high-growth biotech hedge fund dedicated to advancing therapeutic innovations worldwide. He holds an MS from Columbia University and an MD from The Brody School of Medicine.

Mr. Newman is a seasoned securities lawyer with more than 30 years of experience in regulatory and enforcement matters. Currently in private practice, he also serves as a consultant for Bates Group. Prior to this, he dedicated over two decades as counsel at FINRA and held roles as Trial and Special Counsel at the SEC. Additionally, Mr. Newman served 28 years as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Air Force. He earned his BA from Boston University and his JD from New York Law School.

Mr. Nelson brings over four decades of financial leadership in the healthcare sector. As CFO of Panorama Orthopedics and Spine Center from 2001 to 2019, he directed financial strategy, led acquisitions, and implemented innovative payment models to enhance operational efficiency. Earlier in his career, he held executive roles at Jefferson Center for Mental Health, where he oversaw finance, grant management, and managed care systems. Mr. Nelson has also served on numerous health-related boards and brings deep expertise in IT systems, cost accounting, and strategic planning.

Dr. David Menard is a seasoned veterinary executive and operations leader with a proven track record in scaling practices and driving business growth. As Chief Medical Officer and financial manager at Millhopper Veterinary Medical Center, he expanded the clinic from a single-doctor practice to a six-doctor team and introduced clinical trial capabilities. At Paddock Park Animal Care Center, his leadership fueled a 150% growth in business. Dr. Menard also held senior operational roles at Veterinary Centers of America and Medical Management International, where he managed regional operations and acquisitions. An accomplished entrepreneur, he has launched ventures in animal nutrition and thoroughbred horse trading.

Mr. Clemens is a veteran healthcare finance executive recognized for scaling industry leaders and guiding complex transactions. He was instrumental in growing Caremark from $100 million to $50 billion in revenue, culminating in its acquisition by CVS Health. At Surgical Care Affiliates, he led the company’s successful public offering and expansion to over 200 facilities. Mr. Clemens has held executive leadership roles at CVS Health and DSI Renal, with a focus on finance, strategic transactions, and corporate restructuring. He currently serves on the board of Vituro Health, supporting the advancement of non-invasive prostate cancer therapies.

Mr. Sroczynski is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in post-acute care and senior living. As Chief Operating Officer of Emerald Healthcare Management, he oversees 17 facilities across four states, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and legislative advocacy. Previously, he held key roles at Nye Healthcare Services and Golden Living, where he led major performance turnarounds and earned the AHCA Silver Quality Award. A former U.S. Army Major, Mr. Sroczynski holds a Master’s in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and remains actively involved in state and national healthcare associations.

Mr. Shroeder is a Nashville-based healthcare operations executive with a J.D. from the University of Mississippi. Renowned for driving growth and operational excellence, he has scaled two companies and led The Radiology Group to a 115% revenue increase as Chief Growth Officer. Previously, he played a pivotal role in building Shearwater Health from a startup into a $100M+ enterprise. With experience across operations, legal, and business development, Mr. Shroeder brings a strategic, servant-leadership approach to healthcare innovation and performance.
